Secure Digital Banking
I contributed to multiple digital and data-led initiatives at Barclays during a pivotal period of mobile banking growth. My work spanned the Personalised Card Designer, Homeowner App, Feature Store, International Business platform, Rewards experience, and the Local Insights programme. Operating within a highly regulated environment, I translated complex banking functionality and large-scale datasets into clear, secure, and brand-aligned digital experiences across mobile and web platforms.
A standout achievement was my creative leadership contribution to the Local Insights initiative, producing over 500 constituency-level infographic booklets designed to position Barclays as a credible provider of economic insight to customers and policymakers. The work received positive feedback from MPs and senior leadership, and I was formally recognised as the creative representative on the programme. Across all projects, I prioritised clarity, accessibility, and consistency within Barclays’ enterprise standards, simplifying complex financial interactions while balancing innovation with trust and governance.
