As a part of a Barclays Creative Team, I had the opportunity to contribute to a range of innovative digital projects for Barclays Digital. My work focused on iterative website design, covering the Consumer, Business and Premier websites, employing a ‘test and learn’ methodology to ensure the site was not only user-friendly but also aesthetically appealing and functionally robust.
A key project was the development of the ‘Personalised Card Designer App’ and ‘Homeowner App’, a tool designed to streamline the banking experience for Barclays’ customers. I also created a series of internal and local insights infographics, which played a crucial role in communicating complex data in an accessible and visually engaging manner. These projects underscored my commitment to creating digital solutions that are not only practical but also enhance the user experience, reflecting a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of Barclays’ diverse customer base.
