Joint Venture Digital Launch - Project 'Purple'
When Virgin Media and O2 formed a joint venture, Project Purple brought that partnership to life digitally. I led the creative direction and hands-on design of the JVCO website, launching the new bundled proposition, Volt.
Operating under NDA and executive scrutiny, I worked across internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agency partners to define the site’s structure, messaging hierarchy, and visual language — balancing two powerful brands within one cohesive digital experience.
Because the initial brand identity was delivered in vector format, I collaborated closely with brand and agency teams to translate it into motion — creating graphics and video that brought the JVCO identity to life across digital touchpoints.
A key challenge was ensuring Volt felt like a true partnership rather than a takeover. I aligned typography, colour, hierarchy, and motion to create clarity, credibility, and value-led storytelling.
Usability testing informed refinements to benefit messaging, eligibility clarity, and CTA placement, strengthening comprehension and confidence ahead of launch.
The result was a commercially critical enterprise rollout that established JVCO’s digital presence and demonstrated senior-level creative leadership under pressure.
