Louisa is an incredibly talented creative and a highly skilled people leader. Her dedication and reliability are impeccable, and her creative talent boundless. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Louisa- she’s one of those people that just gets stuff done, with no fuss, but always to the highest of standards. I’m envious of whoever hires Louisa next.

Louisa has managed the team through big projects with incredibly complex stakeholder nets, considering she had to manage relationships with not only the teams on site, but also members located on other sites as far as India. She has always made sure we delivered work in a timely manner to the highest design standards, whilst always encouraging us to view challenges differently. I really hope I'll have the pleasure to work with her again in the future.

On the projects we've worked together one thing has stood out - quality matters to Louisa. She's dedicated, tries to put sense in the work she has, understands what's needed. She's also flexible and listens to feedback, not just stuck to her initial opinion. All in all she works together with other parties involved in getting the best design/layout (and functionality, where layout is related) possible.

Louisa is one of the most talented Designers I have ever worked with. She has this amazing ability to turn low-fidelity prototypes in to high quality on-brand finished UI, without loosing track of the important details which are essential for the integrity of the UX. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and is very knowledgable as well as flexible to change. I welcome the opportunity to work with Louisa anytime in the future.
